Job Application Process

The International School of Islamabad attends recruiting fairs in Asia and North America. Teachers who have files with International Schools Services (ISS), The International Educator (TIE), or Search associates may contact Ms. Rose Puffer, Superintendent, through these organizations.

The school is staffed by 38 faculty members and 3 administrators; approximately 63% from North America, 21% from Pakistan, and 16% from the rest of the world. 29% of the staff hold Bachelor's degrees and 71% hold Master's degrees. Our targeted student to staff ratio is 8:1.

Faculty with teaching certification from the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom are preferred.
