Job Application Process

The International School of Islamabad attends recruiting fairs in Asia and North America. Teachers who have files with International Schools Services (ISS), The International Educator (TIE), or Search associates may contact Ms. Rose Puffer, Superintendent, through these organizations.

The school is staffed by 35 faculty members and 3 administrators; approximately 52% from North America, 26% from Pakistan, and 22% from the rest of the world. 37% of the staff hold Bachelor's degrees and 63% hold Master's degrees. Our targeted student to staff ratio is 8:1.

Faculty with teaching certification from the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom are preferred.
