We are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our ISOI team. ISOI is student centered in its core beliefs, practices and policies. The school is committed to Accreditation for Growth, a unique accreditation process that uses strategic planning and site-planning as vehicles for school improvement and growth in student performance. We are entering the implementation phase of our third iteration of the ISOI Strategic Plan.

ISOI offers an American-based curriculum to all students. The high school program offers instruction in all academic areas with Advanced Placement opportunities in math, science, social studies, English, art and foreign language. The Leadership Team is committed to faculty development and provides ongoing training and support in such areas as technology use in the classroom, Understanding by Design (UbD), Curriculum Mapping, NESA Conferences, and ISOI Virtual School. 

We recognize that ISOI plays a pivotal role for our students and families and offers a rich variety of extra-curricular activities, which are tailored to faculty aptitudes and interests where possible.
