Child Protection

Child Protection Policy

The International School of Islamabad (ISOI) endorses the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, of which the host country, Pakistan, is a signatory. As such, ISOI seeks to be a safe haven for students who may be experiencing abuse or neglect in any aspect of their lives. The school will maintain an updated Child Protection manual, distributed to and reviewed annually with all employees, to assure correct procedures and processes remain in place to protect all students. ISOI has also made every effort to implement hiring practices that ensure the safety of children.

This policy is endorsed by the ISOI Board of Directors.

Our mission and core values reflect a school community dedicated to ensuring the academic and intellectual growth of each and every student of the school. At ISOI, we are committed to protect and preserve the safety, health and wellbeing of all students so that they can make their unique contributions as global citizens.
